The movement began not in a boardroom, but at a table set for tea. In November 2025, we returned to our roots in Nashville to resurrect a lost art, anchoring the birth of Amorati in a ritual of refinement. We brought back High Tea, not as a relic, but as a modern, cerulean-hued rebellion against the rush of the modern world.

At The Conrad Nashville, the details did the talking. Tiered towers of sweets and savories, rare single-estate teas, champagne poured without hurry, and a table set for lingering. Between courses, guests tried on pieces the way jewelry is meant to be tried: over conversation, among friends, with no counter in between.
